why is my puppy throwing up white foam?

I have a 6 month old bischon/shih tzu has been throwing up white foam today, which kind of worries me. She's up to date on all of her shot so I dont know what it is. We put a flea collar on her for the first time today. Could she be having a reaction to that? What else could it be?

its possible that it could be an allergic reaction. i would have her checked for worms as a precaution.
